This is about coming to terms with loss.
A song about learning to let go.
I lost my mother last year in May last year and stopped writing for several months.
This song is my attempt of coming to terms with life without her.
I created this during lockdown.
My flatmate and fellow artist Azz was playing around with this beat and I instantly came up with the words. Recorded vocals at home over his demo then sent to my producer Joe Rodwell who completed the production and added live Horns.
I am opening up.
